"My wife and I stopped in here while on vacation in Boulder and exploring the Pearl Street area. She was craving tacos and this place seemed to be one of the few that had some fairly normal selections. The food was excellent and flavorful. My only gripe would be that there didn't seem to be any ground beef option for the tacos. This wasn't a big deal though, as I may have just overlooked it, and the shredded beef and the steak that I went with was delicious. The pico de gallo was also pretty spicy, but still great. I mostly mention that just to let anybody who doesn't expect that know ahead of time. The atmosphere was pretty nice too, it's just a cozy Mexican joint and not some big fancy restaurant, which is a nice change of pace. The only real issue I'd say we encountered during our meal was a homeless man who kept interrupting us to demand a drink from the cashier while we were trying to pay, and who smelled strongly of urine and somewhat ruined our appetite. The cashier was doing a great job trying to handle cashing us out and helping him though, and we understand that this has nothing to do with the restaurant itself. Overall, a fairly pleasant experience. We'll definitely try it again next time we're in town!"

"I went in for brunch and to me eyes surprise the guy cooking all of the food was seen by me and a buddy of mine literally picking his nose with his bare hands and immediately after he just wiped it off on his apron and went back to cooking food. We ended up leaving cause who on earth is going to eat food being cooked by a guy digging for gold shamelessly, it's disgusting and we won't be coming back to this location. Not sure of his name but he was skinny , had dirty blonde hair and sunken in eyes. I only seen him in the background cooking the people running the build line were nice but again after what I seen I'm never eating there."

"The food is good and the price was good, but the workers treated me like I was a burden and how dare I come in while they aren’t doing much to order food and pay them. The guy that took my money didn’t say a word, just took my cash and handed me change and turned away. Ok message received and since me coming in was such a burden I won’t be back. So disappointed but after reading the reviews it looks like management only comments on positive reviews so I doubt they care from the top down."

"One of my favorite places in Boulder- get double steak nachos with guacamole on top, and an infused margarita."

"For what it is, it is pretty good! What it is: a cheap ish healthy ish option to eat a good amount of fresh food. A double meat burrito with extras is around 18 dollars, and the good men behind the counter really do put a lot of meat in. The quality of the ingredients seem pretty good for a fast food joint in America (I’m a high maintenance European and even this is good) The service workers are early twenties kids that aw probably high at times and don’t care too much about sanitation or anything like that. But basic standards are there - I don’t think anyone would be disgusted to eat here or anything as some reviews say. If I don’t feel like eating at whole foods hot bar, I go here. Again - pretty happy with it - two burritos in two different days did not disappoint Note it can get very very crowded - I waited 20-30 minutes in line once"
