"The store is pretty much empty Compared to just a year ago, very limited supply of anything. Trying to buy a pair of sunglasses and literally they only had maybe four or five pair in stock, nothing in the box new. Display only for sale. Sportsman need sunglasses guys! Hello! Then the salesman says that I could order other pairs. And he could have them ship to the store in 2 to 5 days, lol. I replied , I could just go home and order online lol Why shop here at an actual store?"

"Steven was awesome to work and was very knowledgeable. The hunting manager at this store was pretty rude. Steven was mounting a scope on my rifle for me and I was asking him for advice and was maybe going to go buy another scope until the hunting manager came over, interrupted me and told him "you're not done with this" very rude. Then told him to hurry up because he was tired of standing behind the counter helping other customers. I spent over $1,000 on a rifle and scope just to feel like i dont matter as a customer by the hunting manager. Sportsman's warehouse corporate apologized, but I haven't heard anything from the store. Pretty sad to be treated like that after dropping all that money in that store."

"They got rid of Will, the man who knew archery well. Archery assistance is non-existent. They have almost no gear for traditional bows. They are downsizing the archery section. I will not be back in the store for anything archery related. I did walk out with a brand new compound for $300, discounted $120. However I would prefer to spend $ 120 more and get good archery service. They will be lucky if I come back at all. Cabela's is better. Do better Sportsman's Warehouse."

"Huge selection of outdoor gear and I was stunned at the customer service. Seriously some of the best I've seen in while. On top of that, their prices were good, and they have price matching. I'm impressed."
