"When I called I asked if they accepted United Healthcare and they said yes. Later, after I received a bill they said they accept it but that they aren't in network. No one asking the question "do you accept my insurance" is asking if you are out of network, we want to know if the office is in network so that we can afford the dental work. I have an HSA in two visits I paid over $1,000 which is 1/3 of what I have in my current HSA. Then I got a bill for another $100. The work done on my teeth still hurt a month after the procedure, during which the dentist insulted my husbands career, basically saying it makes you old and poor. I make the same amount of money as my husband and neither of us make bad money. So while taking advantage of me and taking all my hard earned HSA money the dentist is insulting how much money we take home. I will not be returning to this office. I've been insulted and taken advantage of and got poor care."
