"Avoid if you have Delta Dental... Set up new patient. They proactively called before my appt to gather insurance info, which is Delta Dental. Get to my appt fill, out forms etc., service was fine and such. Skip ahead a month come to find out they're out of network with Delta Dental. Get called cause I have a balance due. Go in to pay and ask if it's possible for them to go in network with my insurance, come to find out they were and the clinic dropped them because of issues they had. Why didn't anyone at this office say anything in the interactions I had before my first Appt? Now I have to switch to somewhere else. I'm not happy they knew full well they were out of network with my insurance and chose not to say anything..."
