"I planned this excursion for my birthday weekend and was pushed off of my reservation space a few days in advance of my birthday to accommodate a private party. Unfortunately I paid through Groupon and you must redeem the voucher to reserve your spot. I'm not at the liberty of the merchant emailing Groupon to initiate a refund which will most likely take several days. If I want to make other plans, I'll have to pay again while waiting on a refund. I don't know of they have an option to pay on site, but I'd absolutely caution anyone that pays in advance (especially via a source like Groupon) you might end up like me. Disappointed heading into your birthday weekend..."
"We have booked with this company twice and each time they have canceled on us.They then didn’t have enough people for a 4pm tour we scheduled saying we would be the only people on the tour ,when it’s advertised as a social tour.They are now refusing to refund our money.Don’t book with this company, they are very unprofessional!"
