"The company is absolutely miserable to work with and unprofessional. The condo we rented multiple weekends in a row in vail was not ready upon check in, check in instructions were never delivered correctly and the customer service received was unbelievably unprofessional."

"This is our third time using Gondola Resorts. The condo we rented was clean and had a nice view of the mountains. It was located at Lionsheads Village condominiums in Vail. The beds are incredibly comfortable -- the sheets are heaven -- and the location cannot be beat if you like convenience to the various fall activities. Checkin was easy but we had to ask about where to park. I"m glad we stayed here because parking was free. The pool was a lovely spot to spend time after a hike; bike ride or visit to the Betty Ford Gardens. We were celebrating a milestone anniversary and it was recognized by Gondola Resorts in a lovely way -- champagne and fruit! Besides the little touches that sets the them apart that one might expect from a local company of this caliber, the staff is what makes the difference. Everyone with whom we interacted was lovely and had the highest level of customer service in mind."

"I had a wonderful time staying at the Gondola Resort in Keystone. Lodging was nice and felt much more comfortable than a traditional hotel experience. I happened to be there during the annual Bluegrass Festival and had a wonderful time. Food and atmosphere were great across the resort, not to mention the abundance of fresh mountain air!"
