"They always have a bad attitude toward customers: especially the lady answering the phone. I called this afternoon to get a quote, and the lady picked up the phone and yelled at me, asking simple questions. If you have that tamper, you shouldn't be there, never recommended to anyone."

"I would not recommend purchasing airline tickets here AT ALL! This company is unprofessional and the staff and owner are extremely rude and racist. I spoke with the owner a while back in September about a refund for a ticket and he was extremely disrespectful when he spoke to me and gave me very vague information about the process of undergoing a refund and made it all sound very complicated. He told me he’d let me know in a week if the airlines would still be able to cancel and I never heard back , it’s been monthsss. It’s now April (8 months) have passed and I still haven’t heard back. I called today and this one staff answers who was being disrespectful and raising her voice at me and seemed to want to cover for the owner by saying the process usually takes 3 months, I told her it’s been more than 3 months and she switcher her words and said about 3 to 6 months. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be disrespected and lied to. All they care about is the money."
