"We had an amazing stay in Telluride watching the leaves change. We've been to Telluride several times but this is our favorite location. After the trip, we realized we left some clothes in one of the drawers and the mgmt company was nice enough to mail our clothes back to us! I can't recommend them enough!"
"We greatly regret renting a property from InvitedHome. They are refusing to let us cancel our trip and receive a refund - which we feel it is more than fair for us to request during the COVID-19 pandemic. In a time where most businesses and communities and individuals are banding together to HELP one another, they are forcing us to loan them our $11,000 for free and not returning our calls. In 3 weeks of politely requesting someone contact me about our reservation, they sent ONE email saying we could reschedule our travel within 12 months, and that they would not be refunding our money. How tone deaf and insensitive given the current global crisis? Very disappointing. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY."
