There was a little confusion over how deposit/refunds worked when initially booking, but this was clarified with a phone call. Ele gave very thorough instructions on the camper's features and operation. The trailer was in very good condition and the trip turned out great. Everyone at Durango RV Rental was very friendly and helpful."
