"Have been waiting 4 hours for roadside assistance to pull my car out of the snow, everytime I request roadside service they take an absolutely ridiculous long time. Terrible service."

"If you need towing services in the Four Corners region, don't bother calling AAA. They have left us hanging twice in the past 6 months. Both times they were not able to find towing service in the area. When we called a local towing company, they said that AAA doesn't pay them enough to make taking their calls worth their time. Cancelling our membership."

"I was lied to from staff about arrival times. Had to contact them 6 times. Wouldn't answer the phone or return my calls. It's been 4hrs now and the locksmith still hasn't showed up. They said 1hr. They said 1hr. I'm gonna have to break my window. Nobody is showing up. LIES do NOT use their services"

"Had a flat tire 10 minutes outside of town on a paved road and my lug nuts were too tight to change tire myself. Wait time for service was first 30 minutes then 4 1/2 hours then 6 hours and then the provider canceled and had to start the process all over again. AAA is good for passport photos and travel tips but do not suggest for use in the Durango area. Just get your passport photos at a drug store."
