"They have a new menu & chef! Meet & Eat has a good variety of Chinese cuisine options that aren't the standard American take-out. Lots of homey and cozy classics to enjoy. Their mapo tofu is perfectly silky and full of numbing szechuan peppercorn flavor. They've also added skillets & griddle items on their new menu. We enjoyed their griddled intestines! Flavored well, and super tasty. Their stir fried green beans are better than Din Tai Fung's popular version. Really delicious, well rounded menu with very flavorful dishes."

"The first time we went to this restaurant, they were understaffed and we had to wait a long time to eat—we understood and were patient. The food was yummy! We wanted to give them our business again and drove over an hour to eat there but they were closed when we expected them to be open during their online advertised business hours (we arrived on a Wednesday night at 7 pm). We are sad because we want to give them our business and we enjoy their food but probably won’t return because we can’t be sure when they’ll be open. We also don’t feel like we can really recommend the place to friends since we don’t know when it’ll be open. We hope everything is okay with the owners/staff."

"Disappointed, was really excited to find another authentic Sichuan restaurant. We originally wanted the West Lake Beef Soup, but it was unavailable that night. However, we did order mapo tofu, salt and pepper squid, braised beef brisket, tendon skewer, sautéed pork intestine, and dandan noodles. Mapo tofu was reminiscent of a spaghetti sauce, not bad but not great. Salt and pepper squid has good flavor but a little overcooked, but it was the best dish of the night. Braised beef brisket was very gamey and almost metallic tasting. Tendon skewer did not taste like tendon, was overly chewy, and confusing flavors that are reminiscent of Middle Eastern cuisine. Dandan noodles was the second best dish, good flavors. Sautéed pork intestine was good but a bit greasy. Each bowl of rice was a dollar. Service wasn’t anything special. I wouldn’t come here again personally, but if I was invited here I wouldn’t mind."

"Incredible sichuan / szechuan with numbing peppercorn. Nothing in denver metro lives up to this quality for numbing spice szechuan. Here's what we ordered, notes are comparing it to peter chang's (not pf chang's) restaurants along the east cost: Dan Dan noodles (good but very different, thick noodles and soupier) Double cooked pork slices (would be perfect if they replaced green bell peppers with jalapenos) Sichuan flounder fillets soup (more spice, not sour, id skip) Fried lamb with cumin Spicy chicken (Shan city chicken) Deep fried eggplant with pork (amazing, dip them in spice powder or ask them to toss in spice beforehand) Hot pot with crispy fish (bamboo fish) Hop Alley is good, and has a few items, but pricey and more fine dining then quality szechuan. Noodles express only has a few good numbing dishes, and their chongqing chicken has bones in it to the point you sometimes get only a breaded piece of bone in it. Sunflower asian cafe has a better soup with fish filet and sour cabbage soup, and better dan dan noodle (my opinion, i prefer the smaller noodles and less soupy) Szechuan tasty house, I still haven't eaten in person. I have received togo multiple times and didn't love it."

"The food that we got was overall pretty good. The steamed fish was excellent and the Singapore noodles were really good with shrimp. We wanted a vegetable but the only thing they had was cabbage. It was good and spicy. The West Lake Beef was not my thing. No seasoning and smelled like boiled plain beef. The waitress warned us there was a wait with food before we sat which was good to know. But she didn’t want to be there. Didn’t check on anyone, no refills of water, rolling her eyes or throwing pens when the food bell rang or was on her phone. Probably a family business, but this teenager is hurting the business. Open on Christmas."
