"I am a fellow for the academic year at CU-Boulder, and I came to Vitality Bowl because I had heard good things about the place and it is near my office on campus. I will not be back. The person took my name while I place the order. There was one other person in the place at the time (12:30 PM lunch time). It was not busy. At 12:55, having planned to eat in I got up from my seat and came to the front. There was an order sitting on the counter. The two persons behind the counter didn't even know who it was for - which was for me. I understand not wanting to work in the food industry. I understand having a bad day. That said, I regret very much giving a twenty percent tip when I paid for my Vitality Wrap at the beginning. They clearly did not want to be there, and could care even less that I had paid for a pricey vegetarian wrap, which was only passable as a meal. I was polite throughout the process, but I will not be back to this place. I would give the service no stars if that were possible."

"Yummy! The Vitality Bowl was great (added chia seeds and a light amount of agave), the lemon/ginger shot was fantastic & the avocado toast was loaded! Customer service was great - the ladies were joyful and locals that I spoke with. Pride flags were displayed and made me feel honored to be in a place of safety for my friends in the community! I would recommend grabbing a full pride flag that reps the trans community and BIPOC community (I admit I could’ve just missed it!) Went in around 9:30am great time - missed the rush as I was leaving. Boulderites seem to get moving more around the 10am range, so for places that serve “breakfast” like this - best to hit it about 30minutes before! Overall 4/5 because pricing was very high. However, this is a local business and understandable! Support small business! Thank you for the deliciousness!"

"This place is an absolute rip-off. A $15 Large Bowl they can’t even bother to fill up all the way. $15? I’m sorry. I’ve had many acai bowls in my life and the quality and quantity here are both very poor. Management apparently doesn’t care. I’m not sure where the best acai place is, but RUSH BOWLS is the better choice between these two. At least you get what you honestly pay for there. Vitality Bowls should be called Lethargy Bowls. I feel robbed after spending my money here + leaving a tip. Careless associates didn’t even offer to add more blend as a courtesy when I brought the little amount of product in my cup to their attention. Like any terrible enterprise, they defended their poor service. I’m so disappointed. I cant even believe they’re in business running such scams. Look at the pictures. That’s what I got for $15: Less than 8 ounces. I’m honestly shocked and appalled."

"I frequent this location and another Vitality in Castle Rock, CO. This location is special in that the owner takes a lot of personal time to be at the register to interact with customers and make sure everything you want is ordered and inputted correctly. Any questions you have on the menu, the brand, the ingredients, etc. - you can bet he will have the answer! Everyone is so nice and will fix any problems or issues you have (if there ever were any) Location is clean, there is some outdoor seating, the ordering is usually really quick even with a line, and they get you your food within about 10 minutes. Pictures of what we ordered today: - Vitality bowl with gluten free granola (always delicious) - PB & Chia Jam Toast (seems like a new/revised menu item, was amazing) - Morning glory wrap (never had this before, but holy moly do you need to try this. Goat cheese and pickled onions are incredible!)"
