"Sterling Ranch needs to have full on rec center and a gym that can comfortably house more than 8 people at a time given how many residents are in the community. The homeowners’ deserve better given how much the Special District Tax is in Sterling Ranch."
"The pool is severely undersized for the amount of residents that live in Sterling Ranch. The pool is not kid friendly, there is limited seating space, and water temperature is not maintained well. The gym inside of the Overlook Club house does not have enough equipment or space to work out comfortably if there are 6 people or more in the tiny room."
"The pool is for residents only and is the only pool in Sterling ranch. It’s very shallow and very small for the over 6,500 registered owners registered to swim here. They were supposed to build other pools, but haven’t started construction yet."
"Love the pool!!! I'm a swimmer doing laps at sunrise - workout before work starts - and it's so nice to be outside in a full size pool, doing my practice while the sun comes up."
"We love our community recreation facility officially named the Overlook. There is a nice sized pool and other amenities such as a workout room, meeting spaces, a small kitchen and a wonderful balcony overlooking the east exposure. There are even attached covered shelters which can be rented out for special functions. The staff does a great job of performing the day to day tasks to operate the facility."
