"I was brought from another firm that Arturo Jimenez purchased, and since Philips left the firm they have lowered their standards. I was contacting the firm for about 2 years about my ongoing case with them, they told me because of the pandemic immigration was very behind on schedule. It wasn’t until I received a letter from immigration saying that I did not contact them for 2 years and if there was no action, they were going to close my case. I decided to hire another lawyer, which got me an appointment with immigration within 3 months. I strongly don’t recommend Arturo Jimenez."
