"Holy moly! Do not pass up the food in this hole-in-the-wall at Vallecito! An extensive menu will guarantee options for everyone, including gluten free, vegetarian, and dairy free. If you like hot green chile, get it smothered on your burrito or chimichanga. Really, you won't be disappointed with any choice."
"The food was good. The girl at the counter that you pay after eating and the guy that brought the food were both really nice. The lady that takes the orders and seemed to be the manager was rude as can be. We were in a cabin about a mile away for a week and would’ve had breakfast there every morning. We decided to just go to the store in Bayfield and buy groceries to make breakfast at the cabin. It’s not worth it."
"Love hidden gems like this one! Food is awesome, and the literally have anything you could need without having to drive 45 minutes into town! Only two things I would say is that their restaurant menu is a little overwhelming, and they don't stay open very late."
"Vallecito Lake County Market houses the restaurant "La Comida Ranchera". We came to this restaurant because we wanted to try some of the local food in Vallecito. Had an amazing meal at this greasy-spoon Diner. They had excellent selection of food, a huge menu, anything you would want to eat they've probably got it there. Really friendly staff and really friendly service, fun easy eat-in style, but you can take it to go, too. It's definitely a great place to stop by if you find yourself in the lake area."
