"So much better! I haven't been here in 7 years because of how it was run back then. I stopped in last week out of convenience and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Not sure if they are under new management but it seemed to run like a completely different shop. Techs were professional, friendly and helpful. I will not hesitate to return."

"Had my oil changed last Tuesday. 6 days ago. Said I needed a new air filter. Go to put one in today at the entire top cover of my engine is missing. Called just now, said they don't see it in the shop!!!! Never take your car to this place. How do you lose the big plastic top cover to a motor?"

"When I pulled in the guy asked me if I wanted a full service synthetic and I said no I just want your basic oil change. He moved on very quickly asking for other information. He came out and asked about a bunch of different things while I waited, all of which I declined, except when he asked about the oil filter, I was a little confused but said yeah change the oil filter. Keep in mind this guy was an extremely fast talker, very dismissive in his demeanor. Turns out it was the air filter he wanted to change, maybe he said the wrong thing accidentally OR deliberately confused me because I had turned down everything else, who knows?? I don't know anything about cars, which is why I rely on an honest and informative business for services. Grease Monkey used to provide great services and I felt comfortable there. So imagine my surprise when the total was $160. I just paid and left so I could work it out later. Turns out he did the full service synthetic, even though I asked him not to, and the oil filter was actually an air filter. They need to properly display their prices to the customer in the future. It is bad business to perform a service that was declined, then not clearly determine what level of service they want and the pricing before beginning. I sadly won't be returning, even though I have been coming here for oil changes since 2019."

"ZERO STARS! Not two months out since I was there(for an hour) and I have had to add nearly a quart of oil. I don't have any leaks either. Why didn't you use a funnel? I would have provided or paid for one! I should have paid attention to the reviews but I used this location before and it was great. Now the entire staff has changed and the demeanor of this station didn't feel right and now I know. You changed my oil but you didn't actually change it out. Here is what I say to the owner. Shut the location down and go back to square one or the drawing board. Whichever you prefer. Put the staff back in classes to learn how to just talk to customers and then start retraining on how to change a customers oil or provide other services. Don't send your robotic with a twist of human response because I don't care what you have to say. I'm not the one losing money. YOU ARE and word of mouth is the best advertisement."

"Piss all over the toilet and seat, NO Toilet paper available. NO soap in restroom. Last time at this location a new employee put oil in the wrong compartment and it took 2.5 hours to drain, flush and replace. Brutal service and ZERO Management. This is a Top Down Issue Grease Monkey.. You Suck"
