Bear's Car Wash & Detail Center

"Paid for a full service detail, I waited and hour and a half for them to finish. Turns out their “detail” is really just them lightly wiping down the inside and outside. They do not actually clean anything. My windows were left with spots all over them, inside still had dirt and grime. I would highly recommend not wasting your money here, unless you are just wanting to have your car sprayed with some smell good fragrance and left with oily chemicals and still dirty then feel free to throw away 120 bucks. UPDATE: Some one from this company has replied to my review stating “they offered to scrub harder but I refused. This is a blatant lie. Firstly, I never even complained about vinyl. And secondly, when I brought up my concerns to the attendant, I was NEVER offered additional washing, I was told I would need to pay more money in order for them to take care of my issues. It’s one thing to perform terrible work, but to all out lie on a reply to a review to make it seem as though you are in the right is crazy."

"Absolutely top knotch experience having my car detailed / cleaned here, they were thorough and really did a great job. They carefully covered every angle and got stains out of my upholstery i wasn’t able to get out myself. My car is immaculate and I highly recommend this company. They are extremely professional, and the team they have working here is truly genuine and caring."

"I have the annual membership package. I take my daily driver in 2-3 times a week. If I do it myself once a week, it costs more than my membership. Some of the younger staff aren't into it and it can be noticeable, but the experienced employees do an excellent job. David, the manager, works hard to make sure you're satisfied. I don't know if a gentleman named Juan is a manager, but he should be! He's the best person on the drying line! he's really fast and he doesn't miss anything! The cashiers are friendly, and the waiting area is comfortable. I definitely recommend Bear's"

"Way overpriced already for the provided service, but what bothers me the most is the misleading additional charges, they add $3.00 because according to them, my vehicle was midsize ( Jeep Compass) when in reality is a compact SUV. Probably your workers may benefit from some training identifying vehicle size and in general, good customer service. I know is a small amount of money, but it makes me wonder how often is done and customers do not pay attention."

"I've always liked Bears - they do quality work. I wish it was less expensive but I'm too lazy to wash my car as well as they do so it must be priced right."
