"I saw a young lady get accosted by a very angry customer here one time. I could tell that he was angry, for his face was very red and he was gesticulating wildly with his arms. The man was yelling something about “seven dollars”, and he appeared to be upset with the financial decisions of the Dairy Queen corporation, as he mentioned taking out a loan. The staff member, although frightened, kept her composure, and narrowly avoided having to call the police for everyone’s safety. I hope that man finds the mental health services and financial counseling that he clearly needs."
"Our chicken strip baskets were missing the toast, when I ask about it I was met with an extremely rude response of our toasters broke I can't make toast if the toaster's broke What do you want me to do give you a $0.60 refund? Truly the rudest counter help I have encountered anywhere! Our pretzel sticks were rock hard, they're normally quite soft. We opted to go elsewhere to find ice cream, we did not come here to be treated so rudely. We will not be back at this location as long as Aaliyah is at the counter!"
"Filthy dirty, and horrible attitudes. Multiple times I have been here 1-2 hours before closing and they have chairs on the tables, they look closed. Tonight the entire topping bar was taken apart and scattered everywhere while people are still coming in to order ice cream. Absolutely no oversight or management present at this location."
"Love coming here with the family but wow, we have never seen it so dirty. Trash all over the tables, floors and not one table clean. Any job I’ve worked when I was younger you would go wipe tables as soon as people left. Guess that’s not a thing anymore."
