"I think the only people that typically post for Little Caesar’s Delta seem to be angry. I do not always review when I grab food, but decided to this time based on all the ugly comments. I ordered 4 pizzas and crazy bread to satisfy kids on a babysitting night. It was an affordable and tasty dinner. I ordered online the night before, nice to be able to plan ahead. I arrived 5 minutes late for my pickup at 4:30. They were hot and ready in the warmer. I was greeted. I put in the code and the oven doors opened. The order was correct. Now, I am buying budget pizza, and I understood this, so I made no modifications, and am perfectly satisfied. Thank you for an easy dinner that satisfied 8 people! And we have plenty of leftovers for tomorrow! I would have taken photos…but we were hungry and we tore it up. They were perfectly cooked."
"I've been using door dash to order little ceasars and after (many times) getting pizza that isn't cut through and creates a mess when trying to grab a slice, I left a review saying just that (the app always asks for a review). Wasn't rude in any way but if you don't say anything about an issue it will never be resolved. Today I ordered some bread sticks and opened them to see that no one even attempted to slice them. Honestly feels like someone was just being childish after reading my review that was just trying to let them know of an ongoing issue. The quality is not good either, no seasoning was used and a very thin layer of cheese was used. Not "cheesy" at all. Very disappointed with their customer service."
