"Absolutely horrible service. We try to come here for lunch during school, since it’s near the high school, and it’s often packed. The employees make absolutely no effort to speed up the process, leaving us waiting in line for 30 minutes at a time. They are in no rush. They also mess up almost every order, forgetting cheese or adding unnecessary items. When we ask them to fix the sandwiches they make us wait for a ridiculous amount of time and reheat them with cheese, making everything soggy. They won’t give us a refund or new sandwiches. Sandwiches are also exploding and messy. Super disappointing every time."
"Stopped for lunch as we passed through town. Service was slower than necessary, most likely due to the fact only one employee was working. She was kind and helpful. She spent quite a while trying to ring up our order, which, while it was frustrating because we were in a hurry, I appreciate her wanting to get it right. Sandwiches were fresh and good. Nothing spectacular but as expected."
