"We stopped here for lunch and enjoyed a delicious meal! Added bonus - lunch specials were only $12 and were ready super fast! We had drunken noodles, pad Thai and red curry. Service was fast and friendly. A great spot for some delicious Thai food!"
"We were invited to dinner with a couple who identify as vegan and we do not. This is a quite small restaurant but very good. The staff is friendly and the menu is easily adaptable to vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or carnivores. Every menu item has a description of the main ingredients and options for different dietary needs. LOVED it!"

"A great place for food. We were passing by the town and decided to check out this place for food. And, i am so glad that we did. We tried Red curry, pad thai, and calamari. Food was very flavorful. We also had a cup of hot Jasmine tea. Will definitely recommend this restaurant."
"We were in Cortez after visiting Mesa Verde, and as vegan/vegetarians, we sometimes struggle to find good places to eat when we travel. But Thai Cortez was amazing! Super cute little spot, the service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious! We were going to order Pad Thai until our server let us know they make it with fish sauce - which we really appreciated. So we tried a dish the waiter recommended. The portions were super generous and we very much enjoyed our meal here - it’s a place we would definitely go back to!"
