"Absolutely worth a stop. Phenomenal house made pretzels, great atmosphere (tons of locals, relaxing after work), and excellent beers. The Kolsch is fantastic."

"We absolutely loved this brewery! We stumbled in after a hard mountain bike ride at Phil’s World, and it was the perfect spot. The beer was amazing, the warm pretzels were delicious, and the service and atmosphere were perfect. My advice is skip the larger establishments on Main Street and make your way to this spot."

"Great brewery. Stopped in on a Thursday right as they opened. Pretty good variety of beers and also had cocktails and wine. I would HIGHLY recommend the rye pale ale. One of the best beers I've ever had!"

"Having first encountered WildEdge's offerings at a bar in Telluride, I was antsy to make the trek to Cortez to sample more of what they brewed. The taproom is quiet, relaxed and full of mountain scenery/pictures. The small patio out front offers more seating in a pristine setting, somewhat reminiscent of a city cafe. The beers are absolutely amazing. Selections run the gamut from sours, to IPA's to the occasional darker porter & stout. Don't be fooled though, WildEdge's forte are sours and bottle-conditioned. Ava they do it right. I know Cortez is a long way from pretty much everywhere, but once here, it's the ONLY place to sit, relax and sip the hours away."

"Nice brewpub. Good selection, friendly staff. They close a bit early, but the whole town seems that way. Lighting is a bit stronger than you expect from a bar, but that makes it possible to read. The pretzel was yummy, with a a crisp and oily crust. As for the IPA, go with the number 9 over the number 10."
