"Many wonderful reviews for this place, and I like the concept, so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered carbonara, which was prepared and served on the spot. I liked the pasta but hated the sauce (too sweet to my taste and soapy). The order came in a carton bowl and a plastic fork. This is ridiculous: half the eating experience comes from how the food is served. Suffice it to say, I did not enjoy it. Overall, worth a visit, but I'm not coming back to dine from paper plates."
"The food is decent but my carbonara was more like pasta Alfredo. I can make it better at home and I’m no cook. I ordered to dine in and was served on plastic cafeteria tray with an aluminum foil take-away dish. Plastic fork. That was a big turn off considering I paid 20 plus dollars. Next time I’ll just go to a regular restaurant."
"Great service - I wasn't feeling the carbonara I ordered, which was fine because my partner's amatrciana was delicious and more than enough for two. However, one of the staff members overhead my disappointment and took it upon herself to come over to check and offer a replacement dish! I got the pesto and it was great! Delicious, reasonably priced and great service. Definitely recommend."
"The pasta is made fresh daily and is absolutely delicious. You can taste how fresh it is. The sauce compliments the taste of the fresh pasta. I love their salad , but not the dressing. The salad of itself is fresh and crispy. One of the best salads I had in a long time. Brings me back memories of my mother making fresh salad for dinner. I do like how they give you a whole bottle of water. The dishware does give a cafeteria like vibe, but it's alright. As long as the food taste good. I would recommend coming to this place especially the pasta lovers. Great lunch spot. The staff are excellent, seem to really enjoy doing their jobs and are super helpful. A+ for customer service."
"Pleasantly surprised by this place! The pasta is made fresh in house and the owner is warmly welcoming. You can tell how much he cares for his craft. These family recipes are straight from Italy and crafted with love right before your eyes. Do not miss out on this place!"
