"I love coming to this place for short coursed cuisine and cocktails in cozy quarters. as always, the staff was kind and attentive, the food and drinks balanced and well presented, and I leave feeling satisfied."

"The experience was wonderful! Drinks were great, food was fantastic! The sunchokes were my favorite part and were absolutely delicious! What a unique dish! The gnocchi was good, but not better than any other restaurants gnocchi. The salmon dinner was out of this world! Lamb chops were good as well, but not exactly what we were expecting. They were cooked almost like pot roast, but was very delicious and super tender. The only part of the meal that was less than underwhelming was the chocolate cherry dessert. It was dry and gritty, and not fudgey like most other chocolate tortes I've had. Would have gone with another dessert if any others were gluten free. The service was excellent and fun, and the drinks (and drink suggestions) were on point! Great experience all around for a decent price for the quality of the food! Would recommend for a special date or holiday, and we will absolutely be back!"

"Food and service were fine but I completely disagree with the “5% kitchen living wage surcharge”. It is a way to artificially make their prices lower than that they are and it is a plain admission they don't pay their kitchen staff fairly despite charging a $68 menu. They should pay their people a thriving wage and let their prices reflect that. Please directly include the 5% in the prices charging $71.5 instead of $68. If you like, let the customer know about it at the bottom of the menu (something like "we don't need to add a %5 living wage because treat our staff fairly"). I strongly support decent wages reflected in higher menu prices. This surcharge shows that the business is not treating its employees fairly and just relies on customer guilt."

"I had the Squash Ragu, Rabbit, and Gingerbread Dessert. The entire meal was delicious, and well balanced, and the staff was beyond exemplary. While some people might not like the hearty feel of the farm to table food, I for one found the uniqueness of the meal to be something that is a rarity in Boulder. If you ever want to try a meal that is not your typical dish but something that puts a pleasant spin on a home cooked meal that is right from your backyard you will not be disappointed"
