"This is the best coffee shop on Pearl Street. The coffee is delicious and smooth with absolutely no burnt taste. There’s a huge variety of flavorings and they have alternative milk choices. The pastries are also very good - I’ve had both muffins and croissants and I have not been disappointed. The service is awesome. Everyone is so sweet and patient. Also, the latte art is beautiful. It’s dangerous that this coffee shop is in walking distance of my office. I’ve stopped in 3 times in the last week after deciding to give it a try. I’m so caffeinated now!"

"The once unique pastry items seem to have disappeared and replaced with every other coffee shops selection- quite a bummer, especially the gf selection. Still a cute, local, and less crowded coffee shop on pearl. One big negative is not having bathroom accessibility (which does not including the often closed and run down public restrooms next to the park down the street.)"

"Cristos Coffee just opened down the street from my work! Such a great shop! Got to meet the new owner and staff! It is an extremely open and friendly environment with great coffee absolutely a must try spot! I left this review when they first opened and I would like to give an update. I am beyond happy Cristos Coffee opened. This is my go to spot I come in almost every day I work. I have gotten to know all the girls who work there and genuinely look forward to my daily chats with them. They all have such vibrant and beautiful personalities and really make the experience of getting coffee seem like visiting old friends instead of a transactional relationship. Now to talk about the coffee. I need to say Starbucks is ruined for me! The coffee they make is Amazing everything tastes so good and with a wide variety of flavors and options anyone will be able to enjoy something here! I love this shop and all the people who work there! This is definitely a must try location!"

"New coffee place in downtown Boulder. The service was super friendly and the coffee with the Chaga blend was very nice! Some things that could be better: reusable mugs and plates instead of all disposables, having a restroom, fresh food options (they have a nice variety of baked goods, but they are all refrigerated). The coffee was very good though!"
