"Absolutely best NY style pizza in Colorado. The crust - perfectly thin, crisp yet chewy. The sauce - balanced acidity and sweetness, the hint of fresh tomatoes and the rich depth of flavor both equally represented. The cheese - salty, gooey, blistered and browned just the right amount. This place gets it perfectly right. I gladly drive from Denver metro, mouth watering the entire pilgrimage. And an order of salty sweet caramelized homemade chocolate pudding to finish it off?! Can't be beat."

"Our flight got delayed so we had a few extra hours and decided to check out Rosalees! It was great! From the atmosphere, pizza, and service, it was hard to beat! The inside was full but so we ate outside in the back! It was alittle chilly but they had heaters and blankets! The pizza was delicious! We definitely would go back!"

"I had this place before but to go when I last visited CO, and it did not disappoint! But, I celebrated my birthday here during us visiting again, dine in experience and let me tell you, 10000x better but still so delicious! Finally, we got the opportunity to try their sausage knots, sooooo tasty. Their IPA menu is on point. Pizza hands down the best! Service also genuine, great, carried conversations with us, a good time!"
