"Great service, but please don’t have the thought of having an appointment and expecting to be out the door in under 2/3 hours. I only recommend this place if you have a leisurely day off like a weekend where you drop your car off, go back to your house, and pick it up by the end of the day when it’s ready. Oil changes and routine fixes do take quite a bit of time, so plan accordingly and be prepared when you don’t get your vehicle back asap. Other than that, it’s a great place that does its best with the services they offer."

"If you are not in uniform, don’t bother going here!!!!! I was quoted 1.5 hours for the service to be done after scheduling an APPOINTMENT. I show up almost 2 hours later and see my car in the same spot I left it. I go up to the front desk to ask what the status of my car is. I was told my car is waiting for an oil filter, which I was not told about whatsoever!! I tell her that, I was not being RUDE or YELLING, I was frustrated like any normal human being would be, but I did not take it out on the staff. WELL, I said “it would have been nice to get a heads up, I had no idea and I was told it would take about 1.5 hours”, AND the staff IMMEDIATELY starts accusing me of being rude, she just walked in, keeps blabbing on about stuff and I can’t even get a word in to say “I’m not trying to be rude, I’m just trying to find out what is going on with my car service”. THEN the staff member that checked in my car comes in and says that no, they do have the oil filter, my car just haven’t gotten serviced yet. She then says it’s going to be next (keep in mind this is already 2 hours past the appointment time, and I was quoted 1.5 hours of wait time). After the staff member tells me it’s next, she then says again it will be 1.5 hours. I’m like what? I told her I’ve already been waiting for almost 2 hours, so I am confused why the car hasn’t been serviced yet. She starts accusing me of being rude to her as well, because she walked in on her staff member accusing me of being rude. And once again, I explain I am not being rude, it would be nice to know ahead of time the truth as to the time frame, and that obviously it’s been WAY past my appointment time and service time that I was quoted already. THEN she tell me that sometimes it can take 4-5 hours, and that they are so busy, and the military guys come in all the time and they are a small shot etc etc. I tell her once again “you did not tell me that, it would have been nice to know that it might take 4-5 hours, you only quoted me for the 1.5 hours, and I don’t understand why you’re being rude to me, when I am just trying to her information based off of what you had told me when I checked in my car”. She couldn’t give a s*** about me at all, so I asked for my keys back and left. I would give negative starts if I could! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!"

"They do a great service on taking care of you and your car needs, but you will need to exercise patience at times. They can be understaffed occasionally, but remain very polite and professional regardless. Ive taken my vehicles here for 4 years now. Only recently did I have an issue with an oil change. Turns out the technician forgot to replace the gasket on the drain plug. They redid my oil change for free and gave me another free oil change for the future for being patient."

"I would definitely not recommend the Firestone on FT. Carson Colorado. I was scheduled for an appointment on Wed. 3PM. I arrived 15 min early just to continue sitting in the lobby for almost 3 hours. I decided to leave. They didn’t care to reassure or update me on the status of when my vehicle should be getting repaired. Instead they just allowed me to leave. Either one or two things are happening. This place is clearly overbooking, or someone doesn’t know how to schedule appointments. Stop scheduling appointments for times that are not being met. This is not a management that I would trust to serve our Nations military. It really should be audited, and the military should look into hiring new management. Also, customers were having to bring vehicles back due to poor servicing. Keep your money and go elsewhere."
