"I came in yesterday and was awesome! Martina helped me out and got me on my way, great conversation, helpful, kind and wonderful. I came back today and was called up by Michael he was mean, aggressive, loud and would not listen to help me. I asked for a different associate, he wanted to argue with me. Just a cruel miserable man. When I returned with another number he tried to be nasty again, I told him I didn't want to speak with him. It felt like he wanted to pick a fight with me. My new number was called and Bri helped me out, she was knowledgeable, kind, funny and knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to help me in seconds just by simply listening."
"20 minutes in line, 15 minutes for associate to find and bring forth a normal AGM battery. 30 minutes in line for core return. At what point do you even need a store front? Hiring obese and incompetent cashiers that don’t have a sense of urgency to help anyone, let alone themselves is disheartening. Like watching Wall-E live in person. Come on NAPA, you’re a great company…. Who’s in charge of hiring?? Do better, all customers are asking of you is the bare minimum of your job duties. Not even above and beyond because the track record shows consistent under delivery. It’s easy to not suck if you just literally do your job. The basics."
