"****UPDATE***** Despite an initial positive experience, Pro Masters has become a nightmare. I chose Pro Masters because the CEO, Doug N. personally recruited my business from within the adjacent tire shop as I awaited an estimate…. Rolex watch and all. I was sold by Doug. My car was repaired July 2023. The side mirror and trimming components were not immediately available due to long lead chain supply issues. 100% Understood. I was told Pro Masters would contact me when components became available. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY - February 2024. 8 phone calls to Pro Master (Malia, over 2 months) who told me she’d call me right back. That never happened. So I chase and I chase for status… eventually talking to Steve in their Pueblo office. Steve is condescending, confrontational, and calls me bud! I don’t want to talk to Steve… I want to talk to Doug….. car still not fixed, Pro Masters still can’t call me back. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH FAST TALKERS IN A ROLEX. My business agreement has been breached and I’ve been taken. Time to pursue other courses of remedy available to ripped off consumers like myself. ************************************** Original Review: Incredible job by the Pro Masters Auto Hail Center team! "I could not be happier with the hail repairs done by this facility. After being hit by the tornado and then the hail storms that followed, there was hail damage on every panel of my MINI. I do not have before pictures since I went out of town, (trust me, it was gnarly and there were hundreds and hundreds of dents everywhere), but this car looks pristine and brand new again. There were what feels like a thousand dents of varying sizes on my hood. The staff are so helpful, friendly, and personable. The repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time and they were willing to deal with my insurance, which I greatly appreciate."
