"They sold me the wrong car battery. I walked over an hour in the snow only to find this out and attempted install. Their system then couldn't show that I had purchased the battery just 2 days before after entering my phone number in their system following my purchase. Inadequate service and company branch. I dealt w/Dustan the asst manager upon my return"

"I am from out if state and today I was at this specific O'Reilly store and the gentleman who helped me was a dear! Excellent service willing to help I watched him change a lady's windshield wipers and then he.checked all of my fluids and topped them off with the items I purchased so now I can gl home with ease no worries if I will break down like I had felt I was.going to do the whole way up here . "O'Reilly's is probably the best place to stop if your having car problems and need parts or anything car related. Me and a group of friends were traveling across the US and started having car trouble about halfway through. We stopped in not entirely sure what was even wrong and they where extremely helpful. They came out and helped us figure out the problem and had us on the road within a hour. Highly recommend"
