"I needed tires installed and balanced to prepare for a road trip. I did not have an appointment but they told me to come in and they would get the job done. In fact, I asked " how soon can you get me in?" And Richard, the manager replied "How soon can you get here?" Now thats the kind of service I can relate to! They had me in and out in under 2 hours and the only reason it took this long is they ran out of tire weights and had to wait for them to be delivered. The technician was corteous, professional and they did a quality job. I had the idea that Midas handled mufflers only, but it appears they are full service. Thanks to Richard and the high level of customer service, Midas has earned my repeat business. "I went in for a transmission oil change. I had some other concerns and the shop did a thorough, full car inspection to make sure there weren't any safety concerns. Luckily there were none. The shop owner was very communicative. The transmission oil change was done in a timely manner. I am very happy with their professionalism. I highly recommend this Midas shop for your mechanical needs."
