"Had an appointment. Arrived at site and I am told that I do not have an appointment. They looked in their hand written appointment book and didn’t see my name. Seems just slightly outdated way to confirm an appointment. Then told it will take an hour for them to approve the oil change and I have to wait 90 minutes until their next opening. Been there before and experienced poor customer service on some of those visits as well. Used to go to the one in Central Park. No problems there. Will not use the Erie location again."

"Just go anywhere else. This place is a joke. I went in 3 separate times and each time was increasingly infuriating. 1st time: I had a slow leak in my tire. Was told there were nothing wrong with the tire and their best guess was a bead leak in the wheel. They didn’t inspect the wheel to my knowledge. 2nd time: I went back a few days later at a different time to hopefully catch a different staff member. Saw the technician stall my car a few times, come back in and ask another technician how to reverse my car. It’s a stick shift. The same technician that stalled my car went back to my car and started it. Super awesome. Was told again that it’s ~probably~ a bead leak. I leave, and when I get home I go to take the keys out of my car and my key breaks off in the ignition. 3rd time: I guess I’m too trusting and should’ve gotten an opinion from another tire shop. It is a red flag when they can’t tell you for sure what the problem is and insinuate you should buy wheels from them. However, I purchased a wheel on my own to be put on the tire. I brought my car in to have the wheel put on that tire. They were busy when I came in and they told me that it would be best to make an appointment or schedule a drop off. I asked if I could leave the keys there right then and have it serviced. Whoever was helping me was pretty condescending and I was met with, “yeah that’s what drop off means” and a smug smirk. I was being respectful and just asking if they have time for me today or if I should come back. I end up leaving the keys and was told it’ll be about an hour and a half before they get to my car. I get a call 30 or 45 minutes later and I’m asked what tire they’re looking at. I swear I told them a few times when I was there so I was frustrated. They put me on hold and tell me that they can’t put this wheel on my tire because the tire is “showing signs of secondary rubber.” I know what that looks like. My tire did not have that. Maybe a little low on tread but definitely not secondary rubber. I end up having a friend put the wheel on my tire, and put a new valve stem on. I wake up the next morning, go to my car and the tire is flat. So I know it wasn’t the wheel this entire time. I just got done at Discount Tire (they were fantastic by the way and I would recommend them over and over - I feel stupid not going there first). My tire has a puncture which was causing the slow leak. See the picture I put in this review. And my wheels (the one that was on my tire originally and the new one) are completely fine!!! And no secondary rubber. What are you guys doing here? I don’t think I’ve had a worse experience at any business. Get it together."

"My tire pressure was low right before leaving for a road trip, and I tried a few times to use air hoses at gas stations without much luck. I came in to this Les Schwab without an appointment and they helped me right away! I was in and out in ten minutes and they were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Amazing customer service!"

"Needed new tires right away today. These guys took care of me instantly. Tires were bit pricey but getting my car back on the road was more important. Good job guys."
