"I’ve contacted alpine to schedule service on a 2019 gmc sierra. They have a severe issue with not answering the phones in the service department. When prompted to leave a voicemail, nobody returns your call in a timely fashion. I bought this truck a little over a month ago and it slam’s pretty hard intermittently right before you come to a complete stop. After finally getting ahold of someone I scheduled an appointment for March 4th at 8:15 but they informed me they keep my vehicle for 3 days but yet never have any loaners available. Iam not liking how this is developing. When and how is a hard working man like myself supposed to get his recently purchased vehicle serviced?"

"Very pleased with results. They were slammed and got me taken care of by Friday. Was out of town but, they were able to get me on the road three days later. I appreaciate the care they took with my Only reason I changed to a 5! Had no issues driving home. Truck sounds like new. They were able to also get my heated steering wheel installed and completed an oil change. My rep was very courteous. Especially during this trying time. Thanks for your service!! Had been a 4. It is working so well. Ignore next line. Only reason I gave a 4 star vs 5 star is I had to wait three nights and a day to get my truck worked on. But very thankful of the care and extra they did in also installing my steering wheel and doing the oil change. Glad my truck is back and running again."
