"All week ive been trying to work on a 2017 kia forte LX. Zero parts that Orielys has listed for that car actually belong on that car. The last part i attempted to order was a fuel injector. As usual the part showed up and was nothing like the one removed from the vehicle. This is wasting so much shop time as the stores inventory and computer system are clearly incorrect. However this last part was a special order and they claim i am responsible for the shipping cost even though the part we ordered isnt even the part that showed up. I run 3 seperate shops that i will be removing Oriely as a parts store from all 3 due to the uselessness we have experienced. Even trying to return that i had to wait while all 3 employees were trying to manage 1 phone call for 20 min. The guy that was helping me didnt know how to do returns then jerry refused to refund all my money! I will be contacting corperate!"
