"I ordered pizza from there, waited almost 2 hours, even called them 50 minutes in, they told me that my pizza was ready to go and it would be at my house in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, they called me and told me that I was out of their delivery range. By this point, it was already almost 10pm. What’s more is that THEY HAD DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE BEFORE. Not only that, my house is less than 10 minutes away from them. And we literally recieve flyers in the mail to order from them! I was pretty appalled to wait that long and not receive my food, and this ruined my night. When they get it right, their pizza is not bad, but I’ve never been treated this badly by a restaurant before in my life... I got gaslit by a pizza shop, and for that reason I can’t recommend this place in good conscience. Definitely makes me never want to order from here again."

"Placed an order online and had them cancel it without saying anything to me about it after I waited the 45 minutes for it, when I called to ask about my order I was told my order had been put in the oven but cancelled for a good reason they didn’t have a driver at the time I put my order in but they didn’t call or text me to tell me it was cancelled and apparently they didn’t tell the driver either because he showed up and said I own the full amount when I didn’t even know it was going to be delivered, I feel like I should have gotten a actual discount besides 8$ off and a coupon given to everyone."

"Beware of their delivery driver. He drives a green Chevy Metro. I was driving down 6th Ave, and this driver changed lanes in front of me almost taking off my front bumper. Then he had the nerve to flip me off. Two blocks up he shoots across 2 lanes of traffic to make a left. I called the number on the big Black Jack Pizza sign on the top of his vehicle, and spoke to the manager. She said there was nothing she could do about it, and that the owner would not do anything about it. They want to put a driver out on the road with everybody else and not worry about your safety. Just beware of this driver. He has no concern about anyone but himself, and it seems the store he works for feels the same. Update: I have tried multiple times to contact the corporate office on this matter. They are not making an attempt to get back with me. So, it appears that this company in general has no concern for the publics safety. All they seem to care about is making money . This driver that is putting yours and my safety at risk, also has plates that are expired. Makes me wonder if he is even insured. I have a picture if this driver and his car. Once I figure out how to post it, I will."

"I absolutely love this place! Blackjack Pizza has been my go-to restaurant for years and recently they have been my go-to for months. The staff is really cool, food is amazing, and I love how everyone here makes me feel welcomed like they actually appreciate my business. I always recommend this place to all my friends, family, and even people who I don’t even know. For instance, when someone who maybe new to Denver or just visiting asks me if I know if any good restaurants with great food n at a low price, Blackjack on east Colfax is my first choice. Also, theyj always have amazing deals!"
