"New all time low for a local business. I could've overlooked the poor communication and unfriendliness. But the combination of incompetence, verbal harassment, intimidation, general nastiness by one person, along with veiled physical threats - is something everyone should hear about. Poor communication at the start left me forced to buy a different model, than I had picked. This was directly because of what they had miscommunicated. That miscommunication became a trend. After buying a different model than I had wanted, I had a warranty issue. I called them when the trailer was still in warranty, they told me I would need to bring it down, which I did the next day. That was a multiple hour waste of my time, they took 5 mins to confirm the problem I had already explained on the phone, then told me to schedule an appointment. Trip down shouldn't have happened, the appointment shoulda been set over the phone. They told me they were busy and needed to schedule a month out, I specifically asked if the work was under warranty and was told it was. Fast forward a month, I bring it down, leave it, come back the next day - they hadn't touched it, told me they had forgotten about it. More of my time wasted, each round trip is over an 1.5 hours. They acted like they were doing me a favor "fitting it in that week" when they were the ones who broke the appointment. Here's where it went off the rails. They called me later that week saying the repair was complete, it was definitely a manufacturer's defect, but that my warranty was now expired. I could either pay them to get my trailer or let them hold it indefinitely while they tried to get it warranty covered. They went back on their word and more importantly when I first contacted them, the issue was within warranty. During my conversation with the manager/owner I was told "you should have read the manual to understand the warranty" which he said in the most patronizing manner possible. When I didn't cower but instead suggested he honor what his employee had stated, he started yelling at me over the phone. Who does that? They also did work on the trailer I never asked for, due to yet ANOTHER internal miscommunication on the work order. I contacted the manufacturer (who has AMAZING customer service) and they covered the work even though it was slightly out of warranty. Happy ending right? If this was where it ended I wouldn't be posting a negative review. I know reviews are important and serious. However, my experience when picking up the trailer was so terrible, Durango needs to know. Upon arriving I found almost 30ft of high grade 10 gauge wire missing (about $1/ft) which I had zip tied to the frame as a temp fix during the month waiting for service. I asked where that had gone, I was told they removed it and threw it out. I asked about the two Curt wiring converters which had burned out as a direct result of the factory wiring flaw and was told it was my problem (another $100 of my money). So I will say, I was already unhappy. During the light check, one of the lights was not working correctly. I asked the tech if he could grab their diagnostic cart to make sure it was a problem with the truck and not the trailer. Instead of coming back with the cart he returned with the manager/owner. He was immediately aggressive and insulting - and instead of looking at the wiring spent 5 minutes berating me about the topics of our phone call. While I was sitting in my truck, he was standing about 4 feet away. After I'd had an earful (several mins) of his garbage I started standing up for myself and replying to his verbal attacks "you shouldn't talk to customers like that" "I expect your employees to know the warranty of the product they sell, and I expect your company to stand behind it's promises". Well he didn't like that and as he was YELLING his replies he made a couple of physical half starts at me, as if he was going to strike me! I left without letting them diagnose the cause of the remaining malfunctioning light. Very unsettling - I will never go back."

"Awesome, awesome company. Bought my trailer from them and had a warranty issue with my lift gate. They fixed it, welded in supports, and had my trailer back to me in less than 24 hours."
