"Disappointed in having to write a bad review. I do wish things were different . Not only were things still dirty I was charged $100 more than I was quoted. When I called to understand why there was such a miscommunication I got attitude and was hung up on. Had little to no communication with the one who detailed my car. By this time I’ve already paid for the service. I was told there was video evidence of my husband making changes on his own when we were never alone for this decision. Never was shown these alleged “videos”. I was in tears for some miscommunication. When my husband was trying to out figure the situation by talking to Alonso. Alonso would rather make things worse and lie to people then admitting to his and his employees mistakes. I hope we could’ve come to a better outcome with the business having better communication. Why hurt people over bad business decisions?"

"First things first- VERY REASONABLE PRICES; AND QUALITY WORK! I was charged $200 for interior AND exterior detail. Prices vary for the amount of work that has to be done to each vehicle of course! I had taken every single item out of my truck before getting it detailed so all they had to do was clean and not pick up any of my stuff. They are VERY friendly and trustworthy people and do a spectacular job, inside and out. I gave only 4 stars though because the communication and trying to reach out and get a response was slow."
