"Customer service really didn't seem like much of a priority today, I showed up 5 minutes early to get my snow tires put on. I greeted Eric and told him I had an appointment, gave him my key then waited. The place was a literal ghost town except for me and the three employees inside. For the first 5 minutes Eric stood at his computer, then he goes and makes small talk with his coworkers for the next 5 minutes. Finally 10 minutes in he grabs my key and heads out into the garage. As he does this another car pulls up and a guy walks into the showroom and talks to another employee. Eric emerged near my car, notices the other car and proceeds to go in to the showroom and try to sell this new customer, all the while my key is still in his hand. After a good 15 minutes of talking to this new customer, Eric finally gave my key to another employee who went out and brought my car into the garage. It took over an hour from there to swap four tires, in a tire shop that had no other appointments until my car was nearly ready. All in, it was an hour and a half to get tires swapped, granted 25 minutes was just Eric hanging out. Other tire places I've been to seem to be able to do this task within 30-45 minutes. I'll definitely think twice before giving them my business again."

"One of the best experiences I've had at a business. Friendly, knowledgeable folks here who helped me get back on the road in minutes. I showed up towing a smaller trailer with dry rotted tires. They politely said they didn't have any that would work for me but offered to call around to find some. Lucky for me they found a set in their shop and put them on right away."
