"Will not use the Rifle tire/auto center again. You might get a cheap price on tires but that's all you'll get, customer service is Zero here!!"
"Customer service is not the easiest job there is. However, some people make it so much harder. The lady I spoke with was rather unpleasant, fortunately the next person I got on the phone was a gentleman who was much nicer. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that you have to choose 1 of 2 road packages that cost quite a lot of money, the tires are expensive on their own. The awesome thing was it didn't take long at all. It was maybe 30 to 40 minutes from start to finish which was much shorter than I expected."
"There was an employee there named Dawn and she was HORRIBLE. She was incredibly rude the whole time. Complaining about helping us even though we had an appointment. I had four kids with me two under 3 and the wait time was an hour and a half past what was stated. Walmart should not have this person representing them!"
"Had a great and lucky experience at the tire center. We were helped by the manager Steven who really helped out our family when we were in a bind with a flat tire in a RV on a family road trip, with several upset kids and a pregnant wife. Steven was amazing and they’re lucky to have such a good team lead in the auto division. Thanks again Steven, we were stuck and 20 minutes of your time really saved our day."
"Got 2 tires and an oil change for $200, an incredibly cheap deal! I say cheap because unfortunately you get what you pay for here and respect for you or your car is not included in that bill. I scheduled the tires a week in advance being told then I couldn't schedule an oil change. I was told the day I dropped it off it would be a few hours because I didn't schedule the oil change. I asked them several times to lock my doors as I was leaving town right after and had a lot of important stuff in there. I came back 2 1/2 hours later to my car unlocked, windows down and to top it off they destroyed my door handle. I went back in expecting at least an apology, all I got was the "mechanic" and the Team Lead giving me a "you really expect us to care?" attitude and walking away. Seriously disappointed and would never recommend going to this "auto care" center."
