We have had 2 separate towing needs, last minute, one of which was after Thanksgiving, and not only did he answer my first call, he was able to schedule us into his schedule. Also, extremely reasonable prices. "My husband and kids were stuck. We were following Google maps and it said that it was faster to go on a dirt road. When we started going that way, it was nothing but ruts and deep snow. We are from out of state and was headed to see family. We called all the towing companies we could find on Google and they didn't answer or they wouldn't drive out unless we paid $1500!
