"I've been here twice and I gotta say, out of every version of macaroni and cheese I've had this has to be the greatest. The atmosphere is spot on. The servers were also very kind."
"I ordered the Brisket Mac n Cheese and was pretty disappointed. The brisket was all fat and had little actual meat to it. They used bow tie pasta which is a strange choice, and the cheese/cream mixture was literally soup in the bottom with a heap of unmelted cheese. The kitchen needs to seriously adjust their process. Overall was not very impressed with Pasta Jays."
"Love love love this place. Came all the way from Chicago to have the stuffed chicken genevese and their salad with garganzola. The atmosphere was good too. It got a little cold but they were able to shut the windows for us. The service was ok. Not too friendly. A little too uptight for my taste. Chicago service industry is wayyyyyy friendlier. But that's literally Boulder for ya. What they lack in hospitality they make up for in the taste of their food so I will always come back."
"Everything was average, I was expecting a little more from pictures, it looks great, but can definitely use some more authentic flavor adjusting! Red sauce tasted canned and not fresh, same with pasta/ noodles. Garlic bread wasn’t good at all. Appetizers: Spinach and Artichoke Dip- this was really good, I would recommend this for a starter, this was my favorite thing that we ordered! Baked Burrata- Cheese inside was a little hard and chewy, didn’t taste fresh, same with sauce. 3/5. Entrees: … tortellini- ( recommend by server, looked the best online) Wasn’t the best, wasn’t the worst. Idk if the pasta dishes just aren’t good or I got the wrong things. 3/5. Chicken Marsala- It was alright, chicken could have been crunchier, sauce needs improvement, red sauce and pasta on the side was not good at all didn’t even look appealing. 2/5."
