"I was traveling from NM doing a transfer of shelter pets to Rifle, CO and at the Rifle shelter, got my van stuck in mud...not real bad but no one had a truck...so called Covenant, as first on the search. I was asked to take pictures (just front tire stuck and behind was asphalt) and said would give me a quote -so sent the pictures, after 20 minutes on hold, the call dropped, but they called back...quote was $900....really.... I called Ace Towing and he was out in 30 minutes and charged me $100...DO NOT use Covenant unless you want to get ripped off and your time wasted...."
