"We were able to book a last minute reservation on a Tuesday night. The food was awesome. We loved our waiter and he was incredibly hard working. The minestrone soup was some of the best I’ve ever had. I appreciated their vegetarian options. Overall, it was a lovely experience. The interior was well kept, and it felt like we had stepped into a true Italian restaurant. I highly recommend!"

"Loved the place! Really nice Italian-themed decorations, a fountain in the middle of the dining area adds a nice ambiance as well. Food was tasty warm and delicious. Only complaint is that the server tried way too hard to upsell. They desperately wanted to refill my drink even though I had barely had any of it. Multiple communications of "no" also did not seem to carry over."

"Holy cow, what a treat. Stumbled across this place and it was wonderful. CJ worked the door and served me and hustled all night. Asked him for a suggestion and he was spot on. The Ravioli boscaiola was top notch.. sauce made for dipping. The bread is so good the homeless camped outside probably prefer it over meth. Place really had some character inside. I am spoiled and know what good Italian is and THIS is it too. If you are in Boulder it's a must visit every time."

"My husband and I stopped here lunch. It was great! We shared a yummy golden beet salad. He had the Gnocchi with 4 cheese which was good and I had the mozzarella jalepeno pizza with the Cesar salad on top ( yes in top). I don't Remember what it was called, but it was Amazing!! Such a unique combo of flavors. Service was excellent and we would definitely go back if we were in the area again."

"When my friend and I visited Sforno Trattoria Romana in Boulder, CO, we went in with certain expectations, driven by the restaurant's traditional look. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite measure up. The food was middle of the road - not terrible, but not impressive either. We particularly noticed the pizza dough, which was tough to chew through. On the positive side, the environment was nice and gave off an authentic Italian vibe. However, the service left a lot to be desired. There were times when we noticed the staff hanging out in the back instead of being attentive to their tables. Our food sat by the window for a good seven minutes before being brought to us, which was a bit frustrating. The lag in service didn't stop there, as it took another 10-15 minutes to receive our check. In conclusion, while Sforno Trattoria Romana has a nice environment, the overall experience didn't live up to our expectations. Based on our experience, I personally wouldn't be eager to go back."
