"From out of town, here for hunting season, taking a day trip to explore some sights and we got a slow leak in our tire from a tiny nail. There’s not a lot of options out here, but pulled in to see if they could help us out. Let’s say the response was less than friendly. Maybe if you are a local it would be different. Was told he was busy with something else and was not willing to help. I get people can be busy, but isn’t it just the right thing to do to spare a few minutes to help a motorist out? Apparently not."

"I needed a small but critical repair on my car to get me back home safely. When i entered the shop nobody greeted me for at least 5 minutes. When one of the employees finally saw me, he listened to what i needed and went to go check with his boss and mechanic to see if it was possible. I could hear him getting chewed out from the lobby. The poor kid came back and apologized that his boss was doing payroll and it would be a while. How long, he had not a clue. I sat and waited for a while but it became clear that the wait was indeterminable, the boss and mechanic did not care enough about his customers to even come and talk to me. I left and went to Schoonover's Auto Center. Dont waste your time here, go get quality service from someone who actually cares."
