"Great spot! We had the smoked brisket and full rack of ribs, with jalapeño Mac and cheese (phenomenal), onion rings (great crisp), fries and green beans. The ribs were falling off the bone, super tender and flavorful. Also got the whiskey smash where they muddled fresh lemon and mint in a full size glass. Staff was insanely kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu choices. Give it a try and support local BBQ!"

"My husband and I were craving barbecued meat so we stopped in to checkout the place. We were greeted by a woman who I think was the manager. She was very friendly. She took our orders and told us about the place and how the sauces were made. She offered to give us samples of some of the sides so we could try them before we ordered them. I tried the beans and my husband tried the creamed corn. I thought both were good, but not the best I've ever had. She also brought us some potato salad and macaroni salad but both were very bland. They just tasted like mayonnaise and no other flavor. They both needed some relish, vinegar or mustard for some tanginess. I ended up ordering the brisket dinner with beer battered onion rings. My husband got the half rack of ribs with the same sides as me. They were out of the onion rings so we got the fries instead. The food was just ok. Not horrible but not great. My husband thought his ribs were just ok but nothing special. My brisket was very hard and tough to chew. It wasn't very warm either. When I told the manager she brought me a new plate of brisket that was a lot more tender than the original one. I don't know how or why they gave me the tough brisket if they had better brisket. It seems weird to me that the cook didn't even notice how dry the original brisket looked. The fries were decent. They only have two kinds of sauce: regular and spicy. The regular sauce tasted kind of tomato-y like ketchup and was pretty bland, not even like a barbecue sauce. The spicy sauce had better flavor but needed more spice to it. Being a sauce girl, I wish they had a wider selection of sauces to choose from. We were both kind of disappointed because we were expecting more flavor. We don't see a need to come back."

"Really enjoyed trying this place out. They had great grilled chicken and I loved their mac and cheese and creamed corn. The owner chatted with us and was so nice and let us try a couple of the beers. Definitely worth checking this place out!"
