"I had a pretty traumatic birth with internal tears- I was told do pelvic floor therapy and didn’t even quite know where to find one, I was recommended to Mandy and holy buckets she was a rockstar! I was unable to sit on the toilet, or get down on the floor to play with my baby without pain. Within a few sessions, it was completely gone not only that, she was so thorough in explaining everything and also made sure my exercises were doable, while my baby was playing, because finding time to focus on my recovery seemed overwhelming. Cannot recommend Renew enough! So knowledgeable and truly wants to get to know you and your lifestyle and set up a plan that’s going to work within that!"
