"I had an initial telehealth appointment scheduled with Kay in June 2023. I ended up not attending because I was getting weird vibes. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an invoice for $0 in July 2023. Fast forward to yesterday, I get an email with an invoice for $175. I question this and am told that the setting in the computer to charge for no shows wasn't turned on. In my head, there is no way I am paying that bill. It's your mistake. Not mine. Well low and behold I had uploaded my card information to their client portal and signed a credit card authorization form, so the $175 was charged to my card and came out 12 hours later. Now I have $175 less right around Christmas time after having basically no notice. 10/10 do not recommend getting involved with this business."
