"No stars honestly. My sister only 31 years old..went in Multiple times at the end of April beginning of May, with complaints of being in pain. Multiple headaches, and was sent home from urgent care. My sister is a brittle diabetic, they didn’t check her urine, or blood. They just kept sending her home. She was so extremely sick and if her doctor or any of the doctors who cared for her in Urgent care, took their time, and sat down, and knew the signs of Diabetic Ketoacidosis… My sister would still be here. She passed away from complications of Diabetes (keto acidosis) all because nobody could take their time and were more focused on getting her medications for her respiratory issues. If you’re a doctor/nurse do better. You’re caring for people’s families. One small mistake and someone doesn’t have a child, sister, grandaughter. Do. Better."

"Worst clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. The most unprofessional doctors, desk workers, finance workers, etc. I’ve had an outstanding bill for a while now, that I’ve been paying off as I can (I’m unemployed due to non epileptic seizures and have a poor source of income) so I hadn’t paid off the balance at all since January of this year. The other day, I tried to make a follow up appointment because my doctor requested it on my last prescription, and I was transferred directly to finance who told me I need to pay a minimum of $150 before I make my next appointment. I made arrangements to make the $150 payment within less than a week. I went directly into the clinic, paid the $150, and tried to set up my appointment AGAIN and was stopped again and told I need to talk to finance. Which is weird because there must have been something on their computers telling them I needed to pay $150 to make an appointment to begin, and I had just paid it so it should show on their system that I no longer needed to talk to finance but I had to anyways, had to stand and explain to them that I JUST PAID, when it should be on their system. Finally made my appointment after everything was cleared up, and I left. A day later (today) I get another call from yet another person that works at this clinic telling me “we sent you a refill and you need a follow up to get another refill but just to let you know you have an outstanding balance you need to pay before you make an appointment” I JUST PAID IT YESTERDAY. You are supposed to be MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. There is nothing professional about this. Get your stuff together because it really does not seem like you have it together. People were supposed to be trusting with our health can’t even keep track of when we paid a bill unless it’s been sitting their unpaid for a while. That’s the only thing they pay attention to. Is if it hasn’t been paid. Not if it has been paid. They’ll play dumb and act like it wasn’t for as long as they can based off of this experience"

"I broke my foot 4 months ago and ended up needing surgery which Dr. Abby Williams preformed, she is very, very professional, caring, patient and fast. She always greets me with a smile and happy personality. She is just a wonderful Doctor. Thank you Dr Abby Williams"

"Went for sinus/ear infection and sinus/ear congestion. My ear has been throbbing for 4 days already. My normal doctor moved to urgent care only so I had to see Josh Williams. He wouldn't do anything for me. Told me to come back in 5 more days. Was more worried about making sure I got a COVID test even though I didn't have any COVID symptoms. I've been getting a steroid shot every 6 months for allergies for the last 15 years and he wouldn't even do that. Rather than treating people with an illness the concern has been moved to getting that COVID test done. McFarland needs to reiterate to its providers, that they are there to help the ill and its the patients and the patients insurance companies that pay their salaries."

"Great clinic. Very happy with the help that I received during my pregnancy. Dr. Hircock help me until the end making sure that I was good with my baby. I'm very happy that everything came out good. I'm thankful with him and the nurses that were amazing as well. I totally recommend Dr. Hircock."
