"Sadly, Google found my call to Henderson’s because it has been 4 weeks without my dishwasher. And due to a vacation there will be no repair this week either. They seem competent yet slow. Gave them 4 stars in hopes they see this, want the 5 and find a qualified tech to finish the job early this week. (Parts are available and ship quickly so that’s not the delay.)"

"We had our Samsung dryer break down, and we wanted to go with a long trusted appliance brand that is easier to repair than Samsung. We ended up with very basic Maytag appliances and decided to replace our washer at the same time. They got our new set to us pretty quickly, and offered to get us a temporary dryer if ours didn't come in soon enough! It made me so glad we went here instead of Lowe's like we did last time as no chain is going to loan out a dryer. We'll go back for future appliances needs."
