"Bought a new midea top load washer from harp. The washer was recommended by the sales man as being a great washer. We bought the washer on Saturday, installed it on Sunday and the pump will not pump the water out of the tub. They will not let us return it to get our money back. Poor customer service. They basically wash there hands of any product as soon as it leaves their store. Don’t buy anything from harp appliance."
